Cercle is designed to make it easier for people to use reusable cups at work. Cercle provides office buildings and nearby cafes with a simple circular economy solution by offering takeaway customers free reusable cups to enjoy their coffee in that can then be returned to Drop Pods in their workspace. This unique end-to-end service is available to building & workspace managers who are looking to reduce their single use waste. All workspace residents have to do is ask for a Cercle cup when they order their coffee. Cercle is currently piloting at 200 George Street in partnership with Mirvac and happily watching the number of coffee cups saved from landfill rise each day.
nil products offer everyday essentials that are sustainable and ethically made. With nil effort we can create a world with nil harm and nil waste. The nil bathroom range is designed to create nil waste while caring for your skin. nil wool beauty tools are handmade in New Zealand from organic wool. Our nil makeup remover pads, facecloths and body sponge are unique and are truly circular products made with material which was previously going to waste. Beauty tools and products used in skincare are often single-use, creating waste, or made with unsustainable materials. Products made from non-organic cotton or synthetics have a big impact on the environment. The wool industry throughout the world is struggling as consumers choose synthetic carpets and clothing, and non-wool items. Without consumer demand, many farmers are unable to sell the wool they shear from their sheep and it is simply discarded. Over its lifetime, a sheep’s fleece absorbs approximately 30kg of carbon dioxide. Then at the end of use it will naturally biodegrade, returning back to the earth. nil products is owned by Munch Cupboard, a New Zealand company and social enterprise producing eco essentials for day to day use. For 5 years Munch have made it easier for consumers to be more sustainable. All our products are eco friendly in some way from being reusable, organic to biodegradable. Our ingredients and products are sourced from ethical communities and we have a Home workforce of women in New Zealand making many of our products.
We are re-manufactures, i.e. we only make items from recycled materials. We wanted to make a new type of composite stone for tables and bench tops that was environmentally positive, healthy and made from recycled materials.
Ambicrete is the result of 18 months of research and testing to produce a new type of man made stone from primarily recycled products.
The end result is a natural looking and feeling product made from 70% recycled materials, using clean and eco friendly manufacturing methods, with a reduction of up to 30% Co2 emissions, a decreased permeable surface and silicosis free, making it a healthy and environmentally friendly choice for your family and home. With a variety of finishes, textures and colours it fits almost anywhere.
